Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities for high-value client accounts and large-scale projects.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with the agency’s overall goals.
Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
Lead high-level sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring that deals are structured to maximize value for both the client and the agency.
Oversee the proposal and contract process, ensuring proposals are tailored to the client’s needs and align with agency capabilities.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and agency resources are effectively allocated.
Mentor and guide junior business development executives, providing support in complex negotiations and strategy development.
Meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to the agency’s overall business development goals.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand its presence and reputation in the market.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-6+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on digital marketing or advertising.
Strong track record of successfully closing deals with large, high-value clients.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing services, tools, and industry trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with internal teams.
