The Digital Marketing Specialist II is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels with limited supervision. This role requires a more comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and the ability to work independently with clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Create content calendars, ensuring the timely delivery of content across all channels.
Optimize campaign elements (keywords, creatives, targeting) to improve performance.
SEO Strategy & Management
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to develop SEO strategies.
Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements, including meta tags, site speed, and mobile usability.
Track and report on SEO performance, making recommendations for improvements to increase visibility and rankings.
Paid Media Management
Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
Implement advanced strategies such as A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Monitor campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximize results.
Email Marketing & Automation
Design and implement email marketing strategies, including automated workflows, segmentation, and personalization.
Conduct A/B testing for email subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize performance.
Track email marketing KPIs and adjust campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Client Communication & Reporting
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and providing updates on campaign performance.
Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing performance, including recommendations for future improvements.
Present data-driven insights to clients, offering actionable steps to enhance their marketing efforts.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with content, creative, and technical teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members as needed to ensure high-quality deliverables.
2-4 years of experience in the field.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Good understanding of digital marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
